These can be used to accompany nearly any dish. It’s particularly good to have the Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar whisked and served in a bowl to dip in – or, brush it on.

Ingredients
12 Cherry Tomatoes
12 Vegan Mozzarella balls (can substitute with pieces of 3 Vegan Mozzarella Cheese Sticks)
6 Basil Leaves, torn in half
1 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
Optional: Sprinkle with Smoked Hungarian Paprika
Directions
- Assemble on wooden skewers: A Cherry Tomato, then a mozzarella ball, then a Basil Leaf piece and repeat two more times for each skewer.
- Repeat making skewers to use all the ingredients.
- Serve as an appetizer, side dish or snack.
- Optional: Tried putting these on the grill for a couple minutes and it was very tasty alternative!
