This is one of my favorites but I have a new one to post this week – Its my new staple for Quinoa! This package can be flavored in any direction – which makes it very versatile! Oh Yeah – I really like this package!!!

In Stater Bros Market, this Quinoa packet caught my eye with the “Sun Dried Tomaso & Basil”. I normally add my own but it got me thinking…

How about “Tacos Italiano”? I’m going to make some Tacos with influence from Italy for the Taco Meat substituting. I think this one may be fun (and I LOVE TACOS)!

I’ll post the recipe after I make it. (realize I ‘Jedi Cook’ – meaning I don’t always go by a recipe, I often just make it up with ingredients on hand)
