These are all over the news. I have tried them before and they are actually pretty decent. However I’m going to do something different with them as an ingredient and post the recipe when I make them.
The Beyond Meat (and the Impossible Burger for that matter) deserves its own evaluation and some recipes for using them (I’m not much of a ‘Burger-Person’, they’re Ok but ‘just not my thing’).
I’m going to make the Beyond Burger patties into something I’ve had in mind and then the Beyond Sausage I have a couple of ideas for. Will post both recipes this week – Stay tuned!
